Apprenticeship AdvisorPart - Time, 5 hours per dayDescriptionWe are looking for a proactive Apprenticeship Adviser to join an Employer Engagement team on a part - time, temporary basis. This role is based in a further education college and is ideal for someone with experience in apprenticeships, recruitment, or employer engagement who enjoys supporting learners and employers through the apprenticeship recruitment and enrolment process.You will play a key role in matching students to apprenticeship opportunities, providing advice and guidance, and ensuring all eligibility and documentation requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and enrol apprentices in line with agreed targetsManage employer and student enquiries, ensuring a positive experienceAdvertise apprenticeship vacancies and match suitable studentsProvide information, advice, and guidance on apprenticeship programmesLiaise with employers, learners, and internal teams throughout the processComplete eligibility checks and initial assessments prior to placementsMaintain accurate records on internal systemsSupport apprenticeship starts and promote opportunities at eventsSkills & ExperienceExperience in apprenticeships, recruitment, or employer engagementStrong communication and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident using databases and IT systemsCustomer-focused and professional approachAdditional InformationThis role is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check.Morgan Parkes Recruitment Ltd operate in the UK and can only process applications from candidates eligible to live and work in the UK.
