HGV Class 2 Jetting OperatorSalary: £16£17 per hour (50 hours)BradfordFull-Time | Drainage & Environmental ServicesWe are seeking multiple experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a growing drainage and environmental services team in Bradford. This role involves operating JetVac/Recycler vehicles to support a wide range of drainage, sewer cleaning, and environmental maintenance services across the region.This is an excellent opportunity for drivers with specialist drainage experience to join a strong, supportive team within a rapidly expanding organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate JetVac/Recycler units to carry out sewer cleansing, desilting, gully cleaning, interceptor emptying, and general drainage maintenance.Conduct high-pressure water jetting and vacuum operations to remove blockages, silt, debris, and waste from drainage systems.Assist with reactive call-outs, emergency clearance work, and planned maintenance jobs.Complete daily vehicle checks, routine maintenance and ensure that the Recycler/JetVac unit is safe, compliant and fully operational.Work closely with site teams, CCTV survey crews and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.Follow all health 'safety procedures, including safe jetting practices, confined-space awareness, PPE requirements and site-specific safety rules.Complete accurate job sheets, digital reports, time logs, RAMS paperwork, and any additional documentation required.Engage professionally with customers on site to ensure expectations are met.Work as part of a 23 person crew, supporting colleagues in both operational and manual tasks.Represent the company positively on site, maintaining high customer service standards at all times.Required Experience & QualificationsFull UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.Prior experience operating Recycler or JetVac units within drainage, utilities, or environmental services.Experience with high-pressure jetting, vacuum systems, and sewer cleaning techniques.Relevant certifications such as:oHPWJ (Water Jetting Association)oConfined Space (Medium/High Risk desirable)oCSCS or Streetworks (NRSWA)Ideal CandidateReliable, hardworking and safety-focused.Able to work in all weather conditions and in physically demanding environments.Comfortable with early starts, overtime, emergency response or call-out work.Strong communicator with good teamwork skills.Professional and customer-focused at all times.JBRP1_UKTJ
