About the roleRedbourn Park is expanding! Our little school is now moving to KS4. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and aspirational part time Science teacher. Working in small groups of just 4-6 students, you'll play a vital role in supporting our children's educational journey.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education and creating a stimulating learning environment that promotes engagement, understanding, and achievement in scientific concepts and practices.This role involves planning and implementing effective and adaptive lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall development of the science curriculum within the school. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and innovative teacher, with experience in supporting students with special educational needs, including Autism and PDA. We dont believe in putting glass ceilings over our childrens abilities and with that we need teachers to be positive and aspirational in their teaching approach.About Redbourn ParkRedbourn Park is a specialist organisation supporting children and young people with complex needs, particularly autism, trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
