Overview Adult Psychiatrist — Exeter & Portsmouth | Clinical | Full Time | Psychiatry Beautiful Seacoast area with four seasons, 55 minutes from Boston. Expanding private, non-profit community mental health center seeks an Adult Psychiatrist to join a staff of ten psychiatrists for outpatient care. Vibrant collegial atmosphere with competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities Provide outpatient care to adults with a range of psychiatric diagnoses. Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations. Maintain individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery in alignment with best practices. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Completion of an accredited residency program in general adult psychiatry. License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire; valid DEA license. Board certification in general adult psychiatry. If the applicant has completed residency within the past 5 years, they may be considered eligible for employment but must complete board certification within 5 years from the date of completion of their training.
