I am looking for a Property Surveyor to join a supported housing provider immediately on a 6 month fixed term contract. The Property Surveyor will be responsible forplanned and major workssurveys across numerous schemes and retirement living villages. Thisis a field based role andrequires travel between sitesacross the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. You will be home based and manage your own diary. You will carry out the project management of a range of asset management projects, undertake checks on contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with current CDM regulations.
