Working on behalf of our client who are starting a project on a site in Barrow in Furness, we are seeking a Site Manager, on a contract basis. Key Duties Managing day-to-day site operations Overseeing brickwork and roofing elements of the project Ensuring health 'safety standards are met at all times Coordinating subcontractors and site labour Maintaining project timelines and quality standards What we are looking for in the successful candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects. Strong bricklaying and roofing knowledge Valid SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid PPE Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards, and ensure safe working practices.
