Our well-established and growing client based in Tamworth (B77) is looking for a skilled Fabricator to join their expanding team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling a range of metal products to a high standard. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, fabricating components using various methods, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications Carry out MIG and/or TIG welding (depending on experience) Work with sheet metal to cut, shape, and assemble parts Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently Perform quality checks on completed work Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines The Ideal Candidate: Fabrication experience Essential MIG Welding Beneficial TIG Welding Preferred but not essential Sheet Metal Fabrication Beneficial Carpentry or joinery experience Preferred but not essential Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements Were looking for someone with a can-do attitude who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn new skills.
