ABOUT THE ROLEAny additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.As our operations continue to expand, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to implement and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety). This is a newly created position offering a rare opportunity to shape M-Sports compliance framework from initial concept to completion. The successful candidate will work across all departments from engineering and manufacturing to motorsport operations, ensuring that our systems, people, and processes align with international standards and reflect our values of excellence, responsibility and continuous improvement.The role and responsibilities include:Design and implement a new Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.Support the company through initial certification and ongoing compliance audits.Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and policies. Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance.Work closely with department heads in engineering, production, procurement, and senior management to embed ISO principles throughout the company and identify areas for improvement.Establish and report on KPIs to track.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.Promote the best practices throughout the organisation.Provide training and support to departments to drive continuous improvement and compliance.WHO WERE LOOKING FORWere looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
