Part-Time HR Advisor / HR Generalist (SME)Yeovil | 1618 hours per week | Office-basedWe are looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to join a friendly and well-established SME based in Yeovil. This is a part-time role (1618 hours per week) with flexibility around how the hours are worked. The position is 100% office based.The organisationOur client is an established businesswith a strong reputation for quality and precision. The organisation has been operating successfully for over 20 years, employs c 60 staff and works with a range of well-known organisations in highly regulated environments.The roleThe business is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to play a key role in managing a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, HR data management and recruitment support. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the business and contribute to its ongoing development in a hands-on, varied HR position.The role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication and confidence working with HR systems.Key responsibilitiesManage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and record-keepingSupport recruitment activity, including coordinating job adverts, screening applications and assisting with onboardingProvide guidance and support on employee relations matters, HR policies and proceduresSupport employer branding and recruitment activity, including social media content where appropriateMaintain organised personnel files and ensure compliance with data protection legislationLiaise with payroll to ensure accurate data transfer and reportingPrepare reports and analyse HR metrics to support decision-makingProvide administrative support across HR projects, including training and performance management processesAbout youPrevious experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist roleCIPD qualification beneficial but not essentialStrong understanding of HR best practice and UK employment legislationExperience using HRIS and applicant tracking systemsConfident communicator with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the businessHighly organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy SME environmentExperience supporting employer branding or recruitment via social media is desirableSalary & benefitsSalary: £32,000 £35,000 pro rataHours: 1618 hours per week (flexible)Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday pro rata, healthcare schemeLocation: YeovilWorking pattern: 100% office basedJBRP1_UKTJ
