Interim Technical Manager neededAre you an experienced Interim Technical professional or new to interim looking for your first challenge in the interim sector?We're working with an industry-leading, innovative added-value produce supplier that is searching for someone to pick up the reins and provide support at their main fresh packing site following the departure of the permanent postholder.This is a hands-on operational role within a large, fast-paced produce environment where you will be leading a team to drive improved standards across site while managing ongoing quality pressures.What You Will NeedStrong Technical Manager experience within fresh produce or chilled food, with experience working closely with operations teams in fast-paced environments and exposure to retail customers.
