Mission:· Build and lead AI capability focused on agentic AI for trading / treasury· Deliver production-grade systems in regulated financial services environmentsWe are looking at Architect / Principal Engineer level candidates who will be · Able to design systems end-to-end· Comfortable client-facing in Tier-1 bank environments· Potential to help build and lead a small AI teamCore Technical Requirements:· 6–10+ years software engineering experience· 2–4+ years building AI / LLM systems in production· Experience building agentic workflows (tool calling, orchestration, RAG)· Strong backend engineering (Strong in Python essential)· API integrations with enterprise systems· Experience with vector databases and structured retrieval· Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP)· Monitoring, logging and auditability experienceFinancial Services Experience (Must Have):· Exposure to Front Office trading or Treasury· Understanding of risk / pricing systems integration· Experience in regulated environments (audit, compliance, governance)· Comfortable working with traders, quants and risk teamsNice to Have:· Human-in-the-loop systems· Trading desk automation· LLM provider-agnostic architecture· Experience moving PoC to Production in enterprise environments
