Due to continued growth and new product developments, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic poultry accounts across the UK and Ireland.This role is suited to someone who is currently operating at Key Account Manager or Senior Key Account Manager level within the poultry sector and has an established commercial network.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop strategic poultry accounts across the UK and IrelandBuild long-term partnerships with integrators, producers and distributorsDrive commercial growth within assigned key accountsProvide technical and commercial support to customersWork closely with distribution partners to develop the marketIdentify new business opportunities within key customersMonitor market trends and competitor activityEngage with key industry stakeholders and decision makersSupport territory planning and sales forecastingMaintain accurate CRM recordsRequirementsDegree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition or related fieldCurrently working as a Key Account Manager or Senior Key Account ManagerStrong commercial experience in the poultry sector 3+ yearsEstablished network within UK and/or Ireland poultry industryExperience in animal health, feed additives or animal nutrition preferredStrong account management skillsProven track record managing strategic customersProfileCommercially driven and relationship-focusedStrong understanding of poultry productionAble to operate at a strategic account levelSelf-motivated and well organisedComfortable working in a home-based roleLocationUK or Ireland (home-based)Additional InformationRegular travel across UK & Ireland requiredInternational collaboration within a global organisationBackground:Animal healthFeed additivesNutrition
