Build the future.Location: ManchesterHours: Monday – Friday (normally 8-hour days)Salary & Package: Very competitiveWe're looking for an experienced Utilities Surveyor to join a growing team delivering high-quality underground utility and CCTV surveys across major construction and infrastructure projects.As a Utilities Surveyor, you'll work independently on projects ranging from small, targeted surveys to large, complex, multi-disciplined schemes. Using modern surveying technology, you'll capture, process, and present accurate data while maintaining the highest professional and safety standards. What you'll be doingCompleting utility and CCTV surveys of varying scale and complexity to a consistently high standardWorking collaboratively on large projects with surveyors and engineers of mixed experience levelsProviding guidance and on-site support to trainees, junior surveyors, and techniciansProcessing raw survey and CAD data accurately and efficientlyMaintaining surveying instruments and ensuring they're always fit for purposeCarrying out site inspections and dynamic risk assessments, raising safety concerns when needed Why join us as a Utilities SurveyorYou'll be part of a forward-thinking surveying environment with access to innovative equipment, varied projects, and genuine opportunities to influence how work is delivered.This Utilities Surveyor role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with variable site hours, overtime, and occasional weekend work depending on project demands.
