The role involves preparing and painting precision components for earth-moving equipment in line with company procedures, customer specifications, and health and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and wet spray paint complex components to industry standardsFollow detailed work instructions and specificationsEnsure high-quality workmanship at all timesSupport the Paint Shop Team Leader and production team as requiredMaintain a clean and safe working environmentSkills & ExperienceIdeally 2+ years wet spray painting experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to follow technical instructionsGood work ethic and team playerAble to work independentlyBasic numeracy and literacy skillsWorking Pattern37.5 hours per weekMonday to FridayDay Shift: 14:30 23:00 and Friday 11:30-17:00Overtime as requiredAdditional InformationThis job description is not exhaustive and duties may change in line with business needs.
