Area Manager – Multi-Site QSR OperationsLocation: West MidlandsFull TimeCompetitive Salary + Performance Bonus + Car AllowanceWe are a growing multi-site franchise group operating several Domino's Pizza stores across the West Midlands, with further expansion planned over the next 12–24 months.We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware Area Manager to oversee a group of stores and support our next stage of growth.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands high-volume operations and enjoys developing strong store teams.The RoleYou will manage multiple stores and work closely with Store Managers to drive performance, improve standards, and maintain profitability.Your responsibilities will include:Monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunitiesManaging labour and supporting managers with schedulingReviewing weekly KPIs and performance reportsUsing Excel to track trends, analyse data and produce clear summariesConducting regular store visits and supporting operational improvementsCoaching and developing Store ManagersEnsuring compliance, food safety and brand standards are maintainedSupporting recruitment and team developmentYou will review performance weekly, provide structured feedback, and help managers build practical action plans where needed.What We're Looking ForMulti-site or senior store management experience (QSR preferred)Good understanding of P&L, labour control and cost managementComfortable working with KPIs and using ExcelStrong leadership and communication skillsOrganised, proactive and able to prioritiseConfident in holding managers accountable while supporting developmentExperience within Domino's or a similar branded environment would be an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive base salary of £40kPerformance-based bonus of 12kCar allowance or company vehicleOpportunity to grow within an expanding groupAutonomy within a structured, performance-driven businessSkilled Worker visa sponsorship available for suitable candidatesWe are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing group, take ownership of their area, and help build strong, stable store teams.
