Are you looking to shape the future of minimally invasive orthopaedic surgery?Our client is a global leader in medical technology, trusted by surgeons worldwide to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.They are now recruiting for a driven, curious and people-focused Territory Sales Manager to join the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine team in their West Midlands region, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals with cutting-edge products used in shoulder, knee and sports injury procedures.Their Orthopaedic Sports Medicine division sits at the forefront of arthroscopy and minimally invasive procedures - and they're growing. You'll be a key part of the commercial team, building strong relationships across hospitals, theatres and clinics while acting as a product expert in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Responsibilities:Driving and exceeding sales growth within your territory through strategic account managementDeveloping and managing relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and key stakeholdersProviding in-theatre support and clinical education on Sports Medicine productsDelivering product training, workshops and demosWorking closely with internal teams to identify opportunities and support new product launchesRequirements:Surgical sales experience; ideally orthopaedics or sports medicine or minimally invasiveStrong communication skills and confidence in building professional relationshipsCommercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetComfortable working autonomously in a field-based roleA genuine interest in innovation, surgery and improving patient outcomesFull valid driving licenceEligibility documentation to work in the UK
