Following our move to Waterlooville, were growing our operations team and are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day printing, packing, and dispatch of our physical gift vouchers.This is a hands-on role at the heart of our customer experience, particularly during the busy festive peak. Youll work closely with the Fulfilment Operations Supervisor to ensure every voucher is delivered accurately, on time, and to the high standards our customers expect.What youll do Print, pack, and dispatch physical gift vouchers according to daily schedules Ensure all orders are accurate, quality-checked, and dispatched on time Support peak-period volumes alongside the Fulfilment Operations Supervisor Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient fulfilment workspace Monitor stock levels of vouchers, envelopes, and packaging materials Assist customer service teams with fulfilment, stock, and product queries Flag fulfilment issues, delays, or stock shortages promptly Follow all fulfilment, quality, and health 'safety processes Support continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfilment operation What youll bring Experience in fulfilment, warehouse, operations, or production environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality Basic IT skills and confidence using internal systems Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload during busy periods Clear communication skills and team-focused approach Desirable: Experience with print, packing, postal dispatch, stock control, seasonal peak periods, or gifting/hospitality/e-commerce environments.Why Join Us?
