With continuous support from high-profile press and editorials, Huishan Zhang Ltd continues to shape the global fashion industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Brand Stylist to support sales performance, deliver a consistently elevated client experience, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Mount Street boutique.Qualifications2-4 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retailStrong sales performance in a client-led environmentExperience working with high-value and repeat clienteleHighly organised with strong attention to detailProfessional, polished, and commercially awareSpecific Duties:Deliver a personalised, high-standard client experience in line with luxury service expectationsDrive sales through styling, product knowledge, and active client engagementBuild and maintain a client book to support repeat business and retentionProcess transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds accuratelyMaintain and update client records; support CRM and clienteling activityReceive, unpack, and organise stock deliveriesSupport stock control, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takesMaintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies promptlySupport e-commerce operations, including order preparation and returns as requiredMaintain shop floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation and cleanlinessSupport private appointments, VIP visits, and in-store eventsLiaise with Store Manager, Head Office, Press, and Wholesale teams on operational requests
