Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and dependableMobile HVAC Engineerto join our growing team. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems across commercial, medical, retail, education, offices and industrial sites. You will work independently, travelling between client locations, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and safely while delivering a high standard of customer service.BenefitsCompetitive salary with overtime opportunitiesCompany van, fuel card, tools, PPE, and uniformOn-call and overtime allowances25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemeOngoing training, upskilling, and certification supportClear career progression opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on HVAC systemsService, fault-find, and repair air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipmentWork on systems including split AC, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and heat pumpsDiagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safelyEnsure compliance with F-Gas regulations, health 'safety standards, and company proceduresComplete job sheets, reports, and documentation accurately and on timeLiaise professionally with clients, site teams, and the company helpdeskParticipate in an on-call rota where requiredEssential RequirementsProven experience as an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer (commercial experience preferred)F-Gas Category 1 (essential)NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Heating & Ventilation, or equivalentFull UK driving licenceStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyGood communication and customer service skillsDesirable Qualifications & ExperienceCity & Guilds 2079 (or equivalent F-Gas qualification)IPAF, PASMA, First AidExperience within facilities management or building services environmentsBasic BMS / controls knowledgeGas Safe qualification (advantageous but not essential)JBRP1_UKTJ
