Our facilities also feature an indoor 110-meter pre-stretching range with a 70-tonne capacity.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote based role for a Sales Manager selling Steel Wire Ropes in the UK and Ireland. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales operations by executing strategic sales plans to meet company revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and identifying market opportunities. The role also involves working closely with other teams to align sales strategies with production and delivery timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in account management and business developmentKnowledge of the wire rope industry, Lifting industry or related technical and engineering fieldsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholdersProficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and data analysis to track and improve sales performanceProven organizational and strategic planning skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyPrevious experience in a sales or managerial role in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferredAbility to work remotely, travel to meet clients as required and occasionally on site in BirminghamA Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is advantageous but not mandatorySalary Negotiable, Company car / Car allowance, Company Pension Scheme, Life Insurance
