Location: Surrey, UKProject Type: Hospital ConstructionKey Requirements:Solid background in mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and installation on complex projectsStrong commercial awareness, including cost control and budget managementGood understanding of HSE standards related to MEP worksAbility to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and external partnersExcellent stakeholder skills with experience working closely with clients and design teamsWhat You'll Be Doing:Leading the handover from Estimating into ConstructionWorking with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourcedValidating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedulesPreparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s-curves, and histogramsOverseeing safety and quality plans for the projectMobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategyEnsuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins
