Global/Domestic Mobility Professional; Preston; 6 months; £13.94ph paye; Inside IR35We currently have a requirement for an experienced administrator to work with a Global /Domestic Mobility Team client based in Preston, on behalf of a client based within the aerospace industry. The post holder will be responsible for the operational support for all Domestic Assignments for all UK employees – working closely with Domestic Mobility Team Leader, Business partners and other Shared Services functions.The role requires high attention to detail with strong administrative experience, ability to manage large volumes of complex workload to ensure customer service and SLA requirements are achieved.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProduction of all letters, and relocation budget generation for all Domestic AssignmentsDomestic Mobility queries are managed and responded to in line with SLAsEnsure all movement and KPI trackers are maintained accuratelyCompletion of all process steps for all Domestic Assignment movesResponsible for ensuring that ad-hoc requests are completed in line with KPI's/agreed delivery datesApproval of all Domestic Assignment expenses are processed accurately in line with policyResponsible for sending the payroll instructions as appropriateResponsible for ensuring that Cyclical Activities / Key Projects are actioned and completed in line with project timescales for area of responsibility including all P11D activityCover as needed in absence of ProfessionalEnsure GDPR is consistently applied and adhered toProcess / ProjectsAct as Process Lead as identified in team plan. Ensure that all process documentation is updated as needed and that where appropriate team are briefed on changes. Review on a quarterly basis.Support with continuous improvement initiatives (as identified).Support on any new team projects (as identified).TrainingSupport DM Team Leader as identified with training and multi-skilling plan.HousekeepingMaintain all Domestic Assignment folders in line with team standards ensuring that documents are filed in appropriate foldersReview data on a quarterly basis to ensure current and validEnsure all Data governance is maintainedSkills and experienceExperienced administrator ideally gained within a HR environmentProficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular ExcelPrevious customer service experienceExperience of working with Service Level Agreements(SLA's)An eye for detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPlease note that the posy holder will be required to work on site 2-3 days per weekMorson is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancyAdministration; filing; e-filing; GDPR; secretarial; data entry; data input; Excel; Word; Outlook; Access; MS Office; booking system; business support; database management; diary management; minute taking; document controlJBRP1_UKTJ
