Asset Engineer RailManchester6 Months initialUp to £427 per dayWe are seeking an experienced Asset Engineer to support the delivery of Earthwork Examinations across a major rail infrastructure programme in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-conscious professional with strong geotechnical experience to contribute to critical railway operations.Essential Requirements:COSS / IWA competency to work on the operational railwayPreviously assessed at Level 3 in Soil Slope (GEO-I-S) and Rock Slope (GEO-I-R) examinationsExperience using JBA Database and GizMappStrong knowledge of railway geography and network capabilitySolid understanding of Safe Systems of Work (possessions, line blocks, blockades, etc.)Proven ability to produce high-quality examinations to CIV/065 standardDesirable:Knowledge of relevant planning systemsExperience working as a Responsible Manager and endorsing Safe Work PacksThis is a safety-critical role requiring Sentinel competencies from day one (PTS, IWA, COSS).
