Youll work alongside experienced specialists to shape and run high-performing campaigns, play a key role in client success, and help evolve how we do things as a team. Whilesearch will be your core strength, youll also contribute to wider cross-channel strategy, working closely with creatives, strategists and content teams to build integrated campaigns that convert. From media planning and budget forecasting to testing and analysis, youll have the freedom and responsibility to do what works.Some of the things youll get stuck into:Leading the day-to-day strategy, performance and growth of PPC campaigns across a varied portfolioCreating and evolving media plans for both lead gen and ecommerce clientsOwning budget forecasting, pacing and ROI/ROAS deliveryAnalysing performance data and making strategic, test-and-learn recommendationsKeeping your finger on the pulse of new features, tactics and technologiesCollaborating on bigger-picture projects like landing page testing, CRO, ad creative and content-led campaignsMentoring and supporting junior team members (with opportunities to step further into leadership)What were looking forYoure someone who lives and breathes paid search but youre not stuck in your ways.
