The roleWe're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Executive to join our growing brand. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of supply chain and merchandising, ensuring stock flows seamlessly from manufacturer to warehouse to customer, while supporting product setup, inventory management, and retail operations. You'll work closely with suppliers, warehouse partners and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly and accurately. We've built a business that tens of thousands of women love, selling skincare and solutions to help at every stage of their lives.We make taboo-busting body care for problems no one likes to talk about.We make empowering products that celebrate women's bodies at every stage.We champion women's healthMore than anything, we create products that actually work.About the gig:Supply Chain Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the supply chain function, including data entry, report preparation, sample coordination, and inventory management to support multiple teams.Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with our warehouse partners to prepare sales orders and bulk stock movements. Manage orders through the warehouse portal, including order acceptance, uploading delivery notes and packing lists, issuing shipping notifications, and updating delivery statuses.Stock Monitoring & Reconciliation: Monitor inbound and outbound stock across warehouses, auditing and reconciling delivery quantities against the PO tracker and Xero purchase records.Logistics & Transport Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for manufacturers and freight forwarders to organise packaging and finished goods shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and provided on time.Product Setup: Set up new products in internal systems and coordinate onboarding with warehouse partners.B2B Order Management: Manage wholesale and trade orders from retail partners, ensuring timely delivery, proactive communication, and resolution of any order issues or disputes.End-of-Month Stock Count: Work closely with the Head of Supply Chain and Finance to support accurate end-of-month stock counts.Finance Administration: Support finance operations by posting customer invoices in Xero, processing invoices from retailer portals, and following up with retailers on outstanding payments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across the business, including Marketing and Warehouse Operations, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.Ad Hoc Support: Assist with additional customer service administrative tasks or queries as required.About you:Relevant Experience 2-3 years: Previous experience within a supply chain or merchandising function in retail.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and clearly with both customers and internal teams.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, enabling you to resolve issues efficiently, calmly, and with sound judgement.Organisation & Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail, allowing you to manage multiple priorities and ensure nothing is overlooked.
