Were working with a well-established business based at their head office in Brighouse who are looking to bring in an organised and reliable Administrator to support their busy service team.This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an office and keeping things running smoothly.What youll be doing:Handling incoming calls and managing email enquiriesCoordinating meetings, travel and engineer diariesUpdating reports (mainly using Excel)Supporting with basic invoicing, expenses and timesheetsCreating service reports with strong attention to detailGeneral office support including ordering supplies and admin tasksWelcoming visitors and managing small deliveriesWhats on offer:Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience25 days holiday + bank holidaysEarly finish every Friday (2:30pm)Free on-site parkingFriendly, supportive office environmentWorking hours:Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5pmFriday 8.30am 2.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.Skills RequiredStrong IT Skills.
