Youll be a key technical authority within the parts team, trusted to support complex queries, manage engineering changes, and ensure aftermarket parts data is accurate, robust, and future-proof.If you enjoy being the go-to expert, influencing how parts operations run, and working closely with engineering and technical teams - this role will absolutely appeal.The RoleAs Senior Parts Sales Advisor, you will support the Assistant Parts Manager in the smooth running of the Central Parts Department while acting as a key technical and customer-facing specialist.The role is predominantly telephone and email based, working closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party data partners.
