Please contact us for more information.Responsibilities:Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-inRegistering applicants and matching them to suitable propertiesConducting viewings and negotiating offersLiaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth lettings processProgressing tenancies through referencing and compliance stages using Goodlord.Offering landlords rent protection insurance via Goodlord.Booking inventories and check outs.Providing landlords with rent appraisals for their property including pre-marketing advice.
