Domiciliary Outreach ManagerDomiciliary Care Services | North East | Full TimeThe OpportunityWe are recruiting an experienced Outreach Support Manager to lead and develop community-based care services across multiple locations in the North East. This role is ideal for a confident leader with a background in domiciliary care who enjoys working autonomously, managing dispersed teams, and driving quality improvements.You will play a key role in ensuring services are safe, compliant, and truly person-centred, while supporting and developing teams to deliver outstanding care outcomes.What Youll Be Responsible ForProviding operational leadership across several community-based servicesSupporting, coaching, and developing staff to achieve high performanceEnsuring services consistently meet quality, safeguarding, and compliance standardsIdentifying risks and implementing service improvementsManaging KPIs and operational performanceBuilding strong working relationships with families, professionals, and external partnersHandling performance management, absence, and complex people issuesSupporting effective communication across geographically spread teamsWhats On OfferSalary of £33,802 per annumParticipation in an on-call rota for weekend cover (planned in advance and paid additionally approx. £220 per month)37 hours per week, Monday to FridayHybrid working with regular travel across service locations5.6 weeks annual leaveFully funded training and developmentCareer progression opportunitiesLong service recognitionEarly wage access schemeEmployee discount programmesStaff referral incentivesOccupational sick payEmployee wellbeing and assistance programmePension schemeTravel card loanDriving lesson supportAbout YouYou will be an experienced manager within domiciliary or community care, comfortable leading teams across multiple locations and confident making decisions independently.You will need:Proven experience managing domiciliary care servicesExperience supporting people with learning disabilitiesAfull UK driving licenceExperience managing remote or dispersed teamsStrong organisational and workload management skillsThe ability to lead difficult conversations professionallyA positive, solution-focused leadership approachFlexibility to meet service demandsQualifications & KnowledgeLevel 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towardsRelevant leadership or management qualificationMaths and English GCSEs (or equivalent)Good IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of CQC regulations, the Mental Capacity Act, and data protectionExperience overseeing multiple service locationsSafeguarding CommitmentThis role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
