The RoleWorking within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.Key responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipmentEffective fault-finding and breakdown response in a time-critical production environmentSupporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering-led initiativesWorking closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standardsThis role operates on a 2/3s Panama shift pattern, rotating days and nights, providing a structured rota and competitive earning potential.
