Job Title: Qualified Speech and Language TherapistLocation: WolverhamptonContract Type: Part Time (3 days), permanentHours:24 hours per week. Term time onlySalary: £16.16 to £19.37 p/hr (£33,612.80 to £40,289.60 pro rata)We are currently seeking a part time Speech and Language Therapist to join an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities based in Wolverhampton.The provision offers a bespoke education provision for up to 80 pupils aged 5-19 who have ASC/SEMH needs, some of whom require support with their speech and language and communication needs.Working collaboratively with the staff, you will support teams to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs.You will be responsible for holding a small speech and language therapy caseload for the school and with the support of our experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice.This is a rewarding role, with a great emphasis on wellbeing, this position would suit an enthusiastic individual, with a nurturing approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.Essential Criteria:You will be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPCHold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.Experience working with Children/Young peopleBenefits:Opportunities for meaningful career developmentFully funded training and qualificationsLife assurancePension planPerk Box- offering high street discountsEmployee assistance programmeBike to work schemeCar lease schemeJBRP1_UKTJ
