I'm partnering with an Organization in a massive expansion phase looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager with a strong MSP background to manage and grow their existing client base while expanding their footprint across Northern Ireland.In Year 1, the focus will be on nurturing existing clients, strengthening relationships, and driving retention, alongside identifying opportunities for account growth and new business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP clientsAct as the primary point of contact and trusted advisorDrive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunitiesConduct regular account reviews and strategic discussionsSupport regional growth and new business activity in Northern IrelandWork closely with technical teams to deliver client solutionsEssential RequirementsProven experience in an MSP environment (essential)Account Management, Client Relationship, or IT Sales experienceStrong commercial and sales mindsetUnderstanding of MSP services (managed support, cloud, security)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
