Electrician, Domestic MaintenanceBased: Essex or North London patches available40k basic, circa 45k with OTVan, fuel, trainingInterview and start ASAPQualified Electricians required for large housing maintenance specialist with ongoing work on a contract that has work on social housing properties.Due to the nature of the contract and where their properties are located, there will be some driving involved, but every effort is made to keep the electrician in one area each day. Suitable candidates must be competent with domestic electrical repairs and have excellent customer service skills. There are also opportunities for training and development.Suitable Electricians must hold 18th edition, and a level 3 or equivalent and ideally a testing qualification for EICRs, but not essential.
