Are you an experienced leader in Learning Disability and Mental Health services looking for your next challenge?We are seeking a passionate, values-driven Supported Living Manager to lead our a service in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a high-quality, person-centred service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.About the Role - As Supported Living Manager, you will:Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred supportEnsure full compliance with CQC standards and contractual requirementsDrive positive outcomes for service usersPromote independence, wellbeing and community inclusionOversee staffing, supervision, training and performance managementManage budgets, financial controls and service performanceWork collaboratively with families, professionals and partner agenciesYou will be responsible for ensuring the service is safe, responsive, effective and aligned with best practice and organisational values.About You - We're looking for someone who:Has at least 3 years' experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needsHas a minimum of 1 year's experience supervising staff or managing servicesHas strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS and CQC requirementsDemonstrates confident leadership and excellent communication skillsCan carry out comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred support plansIs committed to flexible working, including participation in the on-call rotaA Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it) would be advantageous.What We Offer25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidaysBirthday leave bonusStructured Development Pathway & funded qualificationsOn-call paymentsEnhanced maternity/paternity benefitsCompany sick pay (subject to length of service)Pension schemeLife assuranceEmployee Assistance Programme (24/7 confidential support)Recognition awards 'staff discountsWhy Join Us?This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to lead a service where your work genuinely changes lives.
