Job Title: Senior SAP CS/SD Consultant (German Speaking) Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP CS/SD Consultant with strong German language skills to lead and support end-to-end SAP Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) implementations. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, designing scalable SAP solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP ECC or S/4HANA landscapes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support SAP CS and SD module implementations, rollouts, and enhancementsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutionsConfigure and customize SAP CS (service orders, service contracts, warranties, notifications) and SAP SD (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, delivery, credit management)Participate in S/4HANA migration or transformation projectsPrepare and execute functional specifications, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide expert-level support during hypercare and post-go-live phasesCollaborate with ABAP, MM, FI/CO, and PP teams for integrated solutionsConduct workshops and training sessions for German-speaking business usersAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goalsSupport incident resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS and SAP SDStrong knowledge of:SAP CS: Service orders, contracts, warranties, billing, integration with SD/MMSAP SD: Order management, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, ATPExperience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANAStrong understanding of end-to-end business processesAbility to work independently and lead functional streamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Language Requirements German: Fluent (mandatory) spoken and writtenEnglish: Professional working proficiency Nice to Have Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or service-based industriesExposure to SAP FSM, CRM, or Service CloudSAP CS/SD certification(s)Experience working in international or multi-country rolloutsJBRP1_UKTJ
