In this role you will ensure that motorcycles are prepared for collection, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high presentation standards. This role involves liaising with various departments to meet customer expectations throughout the motorcycle collection process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.What Youll Be Doing Day-to-Day:Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued during their visitEnsure that motorcycles have passed through the workshop and are ready for customer collectionManage direct interactions with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring that all aspects meet their expectations upon collectionCoordinate with sales and workshop departments to fulfil customer requirements effectivelyConduct pre-collection inspections to identify and resolve any issues before the customer arrivesEnsure that motorcycles are cleaned to a high standard and presented appropriately for collectionManage stock levels to ensure motorcycles for sale are effectively displayed in the showroomAccurately book bikes into the system and manage related documentation and records.Photograph motorcycles for online listings, ensuring high-quality images represent the bikes accuratelyWhat Were Looking For:Essential:GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or Grade 4 and above or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer service role demonstrating the ability to work under pressureProficient with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in valeting vehicles or motorcycles is preferredStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, alongside excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Netflix MembershipDiscounted Gym MembershipGroup Life AssuranceStaff Discount on Bikes and accessoriesCycle to Work SchemeHealth & Wellbeing Support (mental health, fitness plans, nutrition advice, 24/7 doctor helpline)Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and Sickness PayMotorcycle Progressor / Motorcycle Progress Coordinator / Motorcycle Workflow Coordinator / Workshop Progress Officer / Vehicle Progress Coordinator / Customer ServiceSounds interesting?
