Acting as brand custodian, the Marketing Manager will lead multi-channel marketing activity that drives customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth, while supporting the ongoing development of the brand's e-commerce and trading strategy.Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager will combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring marketing activity is aligned to demand plans, seasonal trading priorities and long-term brand positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy to achieve seasonal sales, acquisition and retention targetsOwn brand consistency across all marketing activity, ensuring alignment with creative direction and guidelinesUse customer data, research and external insight to refine target audiences and shape retention/reactivation strategiesPlan and execute seasonal campaigns across online and offline channels, including prospecting, partnerships and advertisingWork closely with ecommerce and performance teams to drive online traffic, qualified leads and conversion growthLead the production and delivery of seasonal catalogues, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand alignmentCollaborate with brand, styling and content teams to ensure photoshoots and assets support all retail channelsOversee PR strategy, team relationships and key press partnerships, including events and brand collaborationsLead social media planning alongside content and performance teams to drive engagement and brand awarenessCreate seasonal demand plans and revenue forecasts to support business planning across departmentsManage marketing budgets, track performance and report regularly to senior leadership and board stakeholdersWork cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, customer services and operations to align marketing with trading prioritiesLine manage marketing and graphics teams, developing capability, performance and engagementManage external agencies, ensuring clear direction, strong delivery and effective return on investmentWhat We're Looking ForExperienced multi-channel marketing professional with a strong track record in direct-to-consumer retail or consumer brandsProven ability to develop and deliver commercially effective marketing strategies that support revenue growthStrong brand marketing experience, including ownership of creative direction and brand consistencyConfident using customer data, research and insight to shape campaign planning and targetingGood understanding of ecommerce marketing channels, metrics and performance marketing principlesCommercially astute with a strong grasp of customer behaviour and market dynamicsExperienced people leader, comfortable managing teams and agencies while remaining hands-onHighly organised, proactive and able to balance strategic thinking with operational executionCollaborative, customer-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environmentBH35587JBRP1_UKTJ
