Facilities Manager (Hard & Soft)Permanent, Full TimeISS Facilities is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team supporting a high-profile government contract.As Facilities Manager, you will take full ownership of service delivery across your allocated regional sites. Managing both hard and soft FM services, you will ensure performance, compliance, and value for money while maintaining strong client relationships within a complex and highly regulated environment. You will act as the key interface between the client and operational teams, ensuring we consistently demonstrate high standards, transparency, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee hard and soft FM service delivery across multiple sitesManage client relationships and proactively resolve service issuesEnsure full compliance with statutory requirements and SFG20 maintenance standardsManage site-based teams including supervisors, engineers, and cleaners (where applicable)Oversee subcontractor performance, compliance, and service qualityEnsure accurate reporting and CAFM system (Maximo) updatesMonitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metricsEnsure all health 'safety standards are met, including safe systems of workMaintain full ownership of operational performance across your portfolioAbout YouProven experience in a Facilities Management roleStrong understanding of both hard and soft FM servicesExperience managing client expectations in a complex contract environmentPrevious people management / line management experienceIOSH Managing Safely qualificationUnderstanding of statutory compliance requirementsWorking towards Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Facilities ManagementThis is an opportunity to manage a prestigious government contract, operating within a structured, high-expectation environment where professionalism and service excellence are critical.If you are an experienced Facilities Manager ready to take ownership of a regional portfolio and be the face of service delivery, we would love to hear from you.The CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
