SaaS Account Executive (Founding Hire)Location: Nottingham (some travel to London & to see clients F2F required)Salary: £35k - £45k DOE + strong commission tied to closed ARRThis is ideal for a SaaS Account Executive who wants more ownership, more influence, and more upside than a typical corporate sales role.Our client, Imagine AI, is building what recruitment businesses have wanted for years but never had: a unified AI platform that replaces legacy CRMs and removes the admin that kills productivity.Designed by a successful founder with over 15 years of recruitment experience, this isn’t “another AI feature.” It’s a platform shift.They’re now hiring an Account Executive (Founding Hire) to take ownership of their day-to-day sales engine- generating pipeline, running discovery, delivering outcome-led demos, and closing ARR.This is a high-ownership role, with clear targets & upside based on outcomes, in a fast-moving early-stage company.
