We presently have 42 in-patient beds and provide outpatient physiotherapy for the local community.About the role:We are delighted to be recruiting for a talented Chef who has a keen understanding of IDDSI standards and allergen management.We are a 42 Bedded hospital who provide exceptional neurorehabilitation for our patients.Reporting to the Head Chef your role will involve preparing and cooking meals using standard recipes, creating textured modified meals that meet ISSSI guidelines, managing food safety and allergen protocols (Natashas Law), control of food wastage, maintaining stock levels, assisting in the Head Chefs absence, guiding kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operations. Liaise with patients and staff to meet meal requirements and maintain impeccable hygiene presentation standards.About you:We are looking for a self-directed and ambitious Chef with a background in restaurant standard food and a mastery of culinary techniques consistent with an exceptional dining experience.
