With the service recently brought in?house, this is an exciting time to join youll help shape processes, influence best practice and ensure colleagues receive high?quality, compassionate support.This is a home?based role, with one day per month required in the central office (Gloucester) and occasional travel to services nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing pre?employment health questionnaires and advising on candidate suitabilityCompleting Occupational Health assessments and coordinating referrals to specialist providersSupporting risk assessments and contributing to decisions around fitness for roleAdvising on reasonable adjustments, Access to Work processes and specialist equipmentProducing clear, high?quality written reports and follow?up recommendationsWorking closely with the Lead Occupational Health Advisor to enhance service deliverySupporting staff with ongoing health needs in a balanced, professional and person?centred wayAbout YouWere looking for someone who can combine clinical expertise with strong communication and sound judgement.
