Dental Technician - CAD/CAMConsult are currently partnering with a well-established, highly digital dental laboratory in Berkshire as they continue to invest in their CAD/CAM function.This is not a “sit in the corner and design all day” role. They’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys digital dentistry, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to be part of a modern lab that is pushing workflows forward.You’ll be joining an innovative digital team working with advanced CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing technology to deliver high-quality restorations to a loyal and growing client base.What they’re looking for:Strong experience with 3Shape and/or EXOCADConfident with 3D printing workflows (essential)Background in a highly digital lab environment preferredA genuine interest in design, technology and digital progressionTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to support colleagues across varied CAD experience levelsPride in quality, detail and customer serviceDental knowledge is beneficial, but attitude, technical capability and willingness to develop are equally important.
