Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their radiology department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive breast imaging services, ensuring accurate diagnostics and high-quality patient care in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations and international best practices.Package on Offer:Accommodation provided – Generous 4-bed villaSchooling allowanceRelocation support + annual return flightsHighly competitive tax-free salaryPlatform to develop subspecialty clinics & researchClinical ResponsibilitiesInterpret and report breast imaging studies, including:Digital Mammography (2D & 3D Tomosynthesis)Breast UltrasoundBreast MRIScreening and diagnostic mammogramsPerform image-guided interventional procedures, including:Ultrasound-guided core biopsiesStereotactic biopsiesMRI-guided biopsiesFine Needle Aspiration (FNA)Wire localization proceduresCorrelate imaging findings with clinical and histopathological results.Participate in multidisciplinary breast tumor board meetings.Provide second opinions when required.Regulatory & Quality ComplianceEnsure adherence to regulatory standards set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and other relevant UAE authorities.Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy and turnaround time.Participate in quality assurance initiatives and clinical audits.Comply with radiation safety and infection control policies.Patient & Team CollaborationCommunicate findings clearly and compassionately to patients.Obtain informed consent prior to procedures.Work collaboratively with surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and referring physicians.Administrative & Academic DutiesMaintain accurate documentation within electronic medical record systems.Supervise and support radiographers and junior staff as required.Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.Contribute to teaching and research initiatives where applicable.Qualifications & RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).Completion of an accredited Radiology Residency program.Fellowship training in Breast Imaging (preferred).Certification & LicensingBoard Certification in Radiology (e.g., American Board, FRCR, European Board, or equivalent).Eligibility for or active medical license with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of post-board experience in breast imaging.Experience in a high-volume breast imaging center preferred.Proficiency in advanced breast imaging modalities including tomosynthesis and MRI.CompetenciesStrong diagnostic acumen and attention to detail.Excellent procedural skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work within a multicultural healthcare environment.Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
