National Account Manager - BootsLocation: Newcastle upon TyneSalary: CompetitiveContract: PermanentWe are looking for a National Account Manager - Boots to join our UK team at our Mayborn HQ to look after our Baby Speciality channel, particularly focusing on Boots.In this role, you will be responsible for full P&L ownership across several of our retailers in the baby specialty channel. You will be managing accounts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement robust commercial plans. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in retail who is eager to further develop their skill set and take on more responsibility.You will also need to be a core advocate for our Mayborn values; proactively turning them into reality within the office environmentWhat you will be doing:Creating and developing commercials plans that are aligned to our global & regional strategyFull P&L ownership within our retail channel with key delivery of top-line sales and profit for your categories to accelerate market shareManaging relationships and building long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersImplementation of the Tommee Tippee strategy across the retail market supported by execution and in-store activationPlan, develop, agree and implement an annual Joint Business Plan with each retailer, activating contingency plans where necessaryAgree promotional forecast with Demand Planning to support the achievement of annual promotional plans and objectivesAgree monthly promotional plans with customers, including secondary sites, trade marketing collaboration and online supportCollating, probing & integrating data to support your commercial plansProactively serving up solutions to live challengesPromotional Evaluation Form (PEF) completion & the 'so what' on evaluationAccount promotional form submissionCentral UK promotional calendar managementPurchase order (PO) raisingP&L ownership within our retail channel with key delivery or top-line sales and profit for your categories to accelerate market shareAd hoc reporting using the Insights platform for forecasting, availability, sales and trends dataCollaboration with other support functions to resolve issues as directedWebsite and in-store activation audits – developing internal relationships with global & regional digital & marketing teams for imagery, videos etc for launch, or identifying gaps to existing rangeWhat skills and experiences you'll need to ace this job:Experience in customer relationship management skills are essential including managing complex JBPs.Experience working to manage Boots as an accountExperience in account management or other commercial management experience in retail markets would be a bonus, particularly grocery retailersCommercially mindedData drivenValid driver's license with a good driving recordWell organised and able to multi-taskExcellent communication skills and a sense of funFlexibility to travel within the UK as requiredGood with basic Microsoft packages; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookIf this sounds like an exciting opportunity for you, please apply online.
