Experienced Handyman Private Estate (Beaconsfield)Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Salary: 27,000 - 34,000 (dependent on experience)Job Type: Full-timeHours: 8:30am 5:00pmLocation: Ideally based in Beaconsfield / High Wycombe areaRequirement: Full, clean UK driving licenceA private family office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handyman to support the ongoing maintenance of a large private estate in Beaconsfield, with occasional work required at six additional managed properties in and around London.Working as part of a small, established estate team (including a gardener, cleaners, and driver), the successful candidate will report directly to the Estate Manager and play a key role in ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasksPainting, plastering, decorating, and high-quality finishing worksGeneral DIY tasks (e.g., fitting shelves, hanging pictures)Installing household appliances and repairing lightingOrdering and maintaining maintenance suppliesMaintaining building exteriors (fences, walls, hedging, gutter cleaning)Operating basic farming/land machinery (eg ATV/Tractor)Assisting with grounds maintenance and occasional livestock handlingMaintaining Health & Safety logs and undertaking basic H&S responsibilitiesLiaising with family members and external contractorsto agree scope and timelines for worksCandidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years relevant hands-on experienceStrong all-round practical xjdpvnf skill set with high attention to detailConfident working independently and managing varied ad hoc tasksProfessional, discreet and reliableStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with contractorsIdeally some experience with Health & Safety managementFull, clean UK driving licenceThis is an excellent opportunity for a capable and trustworthy professional looking for a long-term role within a private estate environment.To start your application please click "Fast Apply" now!
