This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by conducting pre-move surveys and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. If you have a strong background in the removals industry and a passion for customer service and sales, this could be the perfect next step.Key Responsibilities:Conducting on-site and virtual pre-move surveys for household goods (HHG) relocationsAssessing volume, access, packing requirements, and special handling needsPreparing accurate and competitive quotations for domestic movesAdvising customers on packing services, storage solutions, and insurance optionsBuilding strong relationships with prospective clients to maximise conversion ratesFollowing up on quotations to secure confirmed bookingsLiaising with operations teams to ensure smooth handoversMaintaining CRM systems with detailed and accurate survey informationIdentifying upselling opportunities including export wrapping and storageManaging a pipeline of sales leads and meeting revenue targetsRepresenting the company professionally during customer interactionsStaying up to date with industry trends and competitor activityKey Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Removal Sales Estimator within the removals industryStrong knowledge of household goods relocations and survey processesExcellent customer service and negotiation skillsAbility to accurately calculate move volumes and pricingSelf-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targetsFull UK driving licence
