We are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our friendly staff team in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.Our service contains 8 individual flats and service users with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Our residents love participating in a wide range of activities, ensuring no two days are the same.Your role will include:Encouraging service users to participate in activities in the local communitySupporting service users with activities they enjoy, including shopping and going out for meals and drinksSupporting service users with weekends away and holidaysSupport with personal careAdministering medication and lone workingNo previous care experience is required - we value an engaging, creative, and person-centred approach above all.Vacancy Reference Number: 89517.Creative Support's Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles.
