The RoleWorking in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out PPM on automated manufacturing and packaging machineryElectrical and mechanical fault-finding in a time-critical production environmentResponding effectively to breakdowns to minimise downtimeSupporting continuous improvement and reliability initiativesWorking closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standardsThis role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, offering a strong balance between work and time off.
