You will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your gang on adopting a right first time policy. You will work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are met and delivered accordingly. You will provide support to ensure that the companys work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers, as well as focusing on the customers needs.Key ResponsibilitiesHave excellent knowledge of site safety and site set ups; with the public and team members welfare being essential.Have the knowledge and experience of working on utility projectsMaintain a customer focus whilst workingHave good timekeeping and good housekeeping with tools and equipment.Use Modular Plus/Depotnet(smartphone system) to deliver all feedback for commercial and, where necessary, reinstatement feedbackLiaise with the Support Services and Street works Team to ensure that FPN and Section74 liabilities are managed and focus on a right first-time attitudeExperience and QualificationsNRSWRA OperativeDeep excavations (preferred but not essential)Mini excavator up to 10 tonne/above beneficialFull UK Driving Licence with towing capacity for diggerSafe Dig/Cable avoidance accreditation (EUSR Preferred) Manual HandlingFirst AidAbrasive wheelsSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.Network Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
