Baggeridge | Predominantly Kingsbury (West Midlands) Contract until 31/03/2026 | 440 per day 50 uplift for nights & weekends We are recruiting for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to support asphalt (tarmacadam) operations across the West Midlands, predominantly in the Kingsbury area.If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.This is a commercially focused supervisory role requiring strong operational leadership, programme delivery and client-facing capability.The Role You will be responsible for the effective delivery of operational plans and objectives, ensuring surfacing works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.The role involves overseeing day-to-day asphalt surfacing operations while maintaining strong commercial awareness and customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Day-to-day supervision of asphalt / tarmacadam surfacing works Deliver operational plans in line with programme and cost expectations Forecasting, programming and resource planning Maximising value streams and maintaining commercial awareness on site Managing subcontractors and site teams Ensuring compliance with H&S and quality standards Developing and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships Supporting night and weekend works where required Essential Requirements Proven experience supervising asphalt / surfacing operations Strong knowledge of tarmacadam processes and site delivery SSSTS or SMSTS qualified Commercially astute and confident managing value streams Experience with forecasting and programming Strong xjdpvnf client-facing and relationship management skills Full UK driving licence Contract Details Location: Baggeridge / Kingsbury (West Midlands) Rate: 440 per day 50 uplift per shift for nights and weekends Contract end date: 31/03/2026 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surfacing professional who can combine operational leadership with commercial awareness.If you are immediately available or coming to the end of your current contract, please APPLY NOW
